In light of the Independent Environmental and Cultural Review of the Slade, published in November 2022, providing recommendations for a cultural and systemic change, staff and students are working towards continuous practice of embedding equitable compassionate pedagogy using the existing committee structures, newly approved protocols for the presentation of artwork and research documentation, reflexive sensitive content checklist guidance and Slade Anti-racist Action Table created by the Slade Anti-racist Action Group.
