Bronze Lab
The Bronze Lab aims to investigate experimental approaches to the use of bronze, explore bronze processes alongside other metal processes and encourage the development of new research projects that may encompass a variety of media and processes - analogue and digital.

Bronze Lab is about experiment and research. The 'Bronze Lab' workshop took place in the Slade Workshop during the Research and Development week 11-17 February 2013. The final artwork at the end of the Bronze Lab workshop is important. The learning experience and development of the new processes to be used at Slade will help facilitate future events. There were opportunities for all students at the Slade to participate in and learn from 'Bronze Lab' in various ways through observation and documentation during the week of bronze-related events.
