Whilst the artist was caring for his Grandmother, he began to document phrases his Grandmother would call out. Suffering with dementia, she would occasionally have lucid moments and give the appearance of realising her condition by referring to herself as "gaga" and state "I never thought I'd go gaga". Finding an old print of his Grandmother, the artist began to collage images of the pop singer Lady Gaga and a documented phrase, on to the image of his Grandmother. The artist then asked for his Grandmother's autograph for each print. Her signature would differ on each print depending on her current lucidity and health. Next.Stop.Girls.
