The system is very sensitive. Please make sure that you:

1. Enter your name and email address in exactly the same way on both forms.
2. Be careful not to add spaces to your UCAS number/student number.
3. Please do not put the programme code in when we ask for the Application Number on the Portfolio Submission form. The programme code consists of a mix of letters and digits and is not unique to each applicant. We ask that you use your personal ID, also known as the Application ID which ONLY consists of digits.
4. Please remember to go back and complete the final form, or your folder will not upload.

• If you encounter any problems/an error message whilst submitting your portfolio, please DO NOT try to resubmit your portfolio. Please contact slade.tlo@ucl.ac.uk.
• Please remember to not resubmit the form as this creates an error every time. If you run into an error that prevents you from submitting while Slade is on holiday break, please do not try resubmitting the form as this will only prolong your application process and create a longer work order for us to process. If an error occurs, just kindly send an email including your UCAS (BA/BFA) or Student Number (MA/MFA) to slade.tlo@ucl.ac.uk. Please only write ''Application [UCAS/Student number]'' in the subject line. Please do not write 'urgent' as we receive a large number of emails related to the application process.
