Works by alumna Jess Flood-Paddock and Grace Schwindt are included in the Art Council Collection New Acquisitions 2019/20. Works generously gifted by the estate of Ed Allington (1951-2017) have also been added to the Arts Council Collection. See the Arts Council announcement.

Mark Tanner Sculpture Award 2019-20

Olivia Bax: Mark Tanner Sculpture Award 2019-20 Exhibition is showing at Standpoint Gallery, 45 Coronet St, London N1 6HD, from 5 September - 24 October 2020.  See the Standpoint Gallery website.

The exhibition will then travel to Cross Lane Projects in Kendal (31 October – 12 December 2020) and Tremenheere Gallery in Cornwall in April 2021 (exact date to be confirmed).

Congratulations to Jesse Darling who has been nominated for the prestigious Kunstpreis der Böttcherstraße in Bremen prize.

The “Prize of the Böttcherstraße in Bremen” is among the leading and highest awards in contemporary art in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The competition features 30,000 Euros in prize money for the winner and, in 2020, it will be held for the 47th time in the Kunsthalle Bremen from 29 August to 1 November 2020. The prize winner will be announced on Tuesday 27 October 2020.
